● Casual Educational Assistants are needed through out Wolf Creek Public Schools ● Duties to commence as soon as possible and continue for the remainder of the 2023/2024 school year
● A casual Educational Assistant is called on a casual basis through out the division to provide individual and group assistance to students within an inclusive classroom
Qualifications and/or Assets:
● Experience working with students in a school setting
● Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
● Willingness to work in a team-oriented learning environment
● Flexibility to work on a short-notice, flexible schedule
● Experience as an Educational

Requirements:
● Valid Class 5 (non-GDL) driver’s license. (Free Class 2 Training will be provided)
● 10 Year Driver's Abstract. (10 Year commercial drivers abstract for licenses about a Class 5)
● Ability to pass an in-house school bus driver evaluation
● As well, the successful candidate must be able to produce a satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Check (current within 6 months)

Position:
● Multiple relief caretaker positions
● Worksites are located in Alix, Bentley, Blackfalds, Bluffton, Eckville, Lacombe, Ponoka and Rimbey
● Duties to commence as soon as possible
● Training will be provided for this position.
Salary:
● Hourly salary range: $17.86 - $21.65/hr. based on experience, with opportunities for annual wage advancement.
Qualifications:
● Willingness to perform tasks and remain flexible in the performance of duties.
● Previous history of excellent work habits and attendance records.
● Previous experience with all aspects of cleaning and maintaining a school would be a definite asset, "on the job" training will be provided for these positions.
● The ability to communicate and cooperate with staff and students.
● Physically fit so as to perform all required duties (including snow shoveling)
● Ability to understand and follow directions
● Ability to work on short notice
● Possibility of position moving to a permanent cleaning position within the Division
