Corporate Office Administrator
Summary
The Office Administrator oversees and implements all office and administrative procedures in the Samson Management (2009) Ltd. corporate office. This individual will be responsible for establishing work priorities and coordinating the related activities. The Office Administrator will report directly to the General Manager.

Working Conditions
The Office Administrator works in an office environment. Their workdays tend to be unstructured, and they must deal with frequent interruptions. They work normal business hours, although long hours may be required.
Experience/Educational Requirements
· Diploma or Degree in business or field related to the position is preferred
· And/or Office Professional Certificate, or Human Resources related certifications.
· And/or 1–3 years previous experience in a related administrative occupation
· Experience maintaining a corporate minute book
· Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PPT, Teams, OneDrive…)
· Must have a Valid Driver’s License and own transportation

Wage Expectations: $40,662 – $67,028 Pending Education/or Experience

Maskepetoon Automotive Service Centre Parts & Service Assistant
Summary
The Parts & Service Assistant has the overall responsibility of establishing positive customer relations in order to create a profitable business. The Parts & Service Assistant will report directly to the Business Manager of Maskepetoon Automotive.
Description of Duties and Areas of Responsibilities
· Greet all customers in a positive manner.
· Creates and completes work orders for necessary repairs (by doing road tests and/or customer feedback)
· Attains customer signature/s for work to be performed and completed.
· Assigns work orders to automotive technicians based on ability and efficiency.
· Totals off work orders ensuring that all parts and labor are included with proper sales markups.
· Create estimates.
· Calculate mechanical labor in accordance with factors (Mitchell Labor Guide, mileage on vehicle, customer/vehicle needs, etc.)
· Order/Stock parts based on jobs and trends.
· Maintain a part inventory.
· Create/Establish/Continue communications with vendors, suppliers, wholesalers, etc.
· Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with promptly and professionally.
· Answer incoming phone calls.
· Assist with cleaning and janitorial duties as scheduled.
· Any other duties as required/requested by the Business Manager
Physical Requirements:
This position is situated in a climate-controlled automotive service center. You will be in direct communication with customers. You may be required to assist in physical activities that pertain to vehicle repairs and maintenance. Work hours may exceed normal working standards.
Position Requirements:·
High School Diploma or GED
· And previous experience in a customer service related position
· Computer knowledge and experience
· Valid Class 5 Drivers License
· Service Writing experience is an asset.

Automotive Service Technician,
Summary
The Automotive Service Technician is responsible to inspect, diagnose, repair and service mechanical, electrical and electronic systems and components of cars, buses, and light and commercial transport trucks. The Automotive Service Technician will report to the Business Manager of Maskepetoon Automotive.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Review work orders and discuss work with Business Manager.
· Inspect motor vehicles in operation, road test motor vehicle, and test automotive systems and components using computerized diagnostic and other testing devices to diagnose and isolate faults.
· Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems including fuel, brake, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling and climate control, and electrical and electronic systems using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment.
· Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications.
· Maintain efficiency and accuracy in diagnosing as well as repairing vehicles.
· Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, driveline service(s)e and tune ups.
· Repair or replace mechanical units or components using hand and power tools.
· Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
· Maintain shop cleanliness and appearance.
· Encourage all staff to participate as team members.
Working Conditions

You are required to perform/assist in physical activities that pertain to vehicle repairs and maintenance. You may have exposure to rust and other substances related to vehicles and vehicles repairs. Work hours may exceed normal working standards.
Qualifications
· Must possess Automotive Service Technician license (2 years’ experience preferred).
· Must possess own tools.
· Extensive knowledge of different automobiles and their service needs
· Exceptional verbal communication skills with ability to clearly discuss automotive issues.
· Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
· Ability to learn new technology and repair services procedures and specifications.
· Must be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
· Must possess a valid driver’s license & must supply drivers abstract upon request.
· Basic computer knowledge is required.
· Able to work independently or as part of a team /able to manage own work flow.
· Possess efficient problem solving skills.
· Out of Province/CVIP certification (preferred)
