Plumber Required at our Kearl Lake Job Site
General:
· Reports directly to site manager
· 14 days on 14 days off 11.5 hour days
Responsibilities:
· Installing, maintaining and repairing piping and plumbing fixtures.
· Identifying maintenance risks on equipment
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting leaks and equipment failure.
· Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
· Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
· Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
· Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions
· Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
· Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
· Assisting with customers queries.
Requirements:
· Ticketed Journeyman or Apprentice
· Valid Driver’s License
· Understanding of advanced principles of plumbing
· Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
Mandatory Valid Safety Tickets:
The following safety tickets must be valid before getting to site.
· CSTS
· H2S
· First Aid
LUGGAGE HANDLER

Job Summary
Primary responsibility is the transfer of luggage to/from the aerodrome for Operations flights, as well as the transfer of luggage to/from off-site camps. Luggage pre-check and luggage room storage are also a considerable responsibility of the luggage handler.
Required Skills
- Class 5 driver’s license
- Basic computer skills; Word, Excel, data entry skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English proficiently
- Able to work in a team environment and alone
- Remain composed in stressful situations

- Able to perform luggage handling functions, including heavy physical work (lifting up to 45 lbs.) in all weather conditions
Job Description
- Act as a liaison between the Check-in Agents, Security Agents, Flight Center Support Roles, and the Aerodrome Staff/CBO.
- Provide service at all lodges for luggage transfers from off-site lodges to the Flight Center, and Flight Center to the aerodrome for outbound flights
- Provide service at the aerodrome upon arrival of the inbound flights for luggage transfer to all lodges efficiently
- Work with Aerodrome Support to safely load/unload luggage in an efficient manner
- Ability to clearly communicate pre-checked luggage information to the Flight Center staff to ensure the final information for the flights is accurate
- Assistance during check-in at the Flight Center for luggage loading/unloading for check-in and during
- Lifting up to 45lbs, pushing, bulling, bending and stretching
- Properly accept, log and transport shower luggage
- Lodge transfers when required
- Continual organization within the truck for efficiency at the aerodrome
- Basic truck cleaning and inspections
- Document all new and existing stored luggage; Inventory and audits
- The baggage handler is also responsible for examining the tags on baggage in order to ensure that they reach the correct desired destination
- Other duties as assigned
OVERHEAD DOOR TECHNICIAN

Genmec ACL is currently recruiting Overhead Door Technicians to join our team at the Imperial Kearl Oilsands site.
The successful candidate will:
· Service and maintain commercial doors including sectional, rolling steel, high speed and specialty doors and roll up rubber and mega doors
· Diagnose problems, provide solutions and carry out all required tasks
· Determine layout and installation procedures
· Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
· Other duties that may be deemed necessary for maintenance work.
Requirements
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in installing commercial overhead doors or applicable trade
· Must be comfortable with heights (ladders & lifts)
· Must be physically capable of performing tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)
· Required tickets: H2S Alive, CSTS, 1st Aid, Fall Arrest, AWP
· Valid Alberta Class 5 driver license
· Must be team orientated, highly motivated with strong attention to detail
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
Work Conditions:
· 14 on / 14 off at a 11.5 hour day Rotation cycel
· Fly in / fly out with flights from Calgary or Edmonton
· Camp accommodations provided

· Load, unload and identify building materials, machinery and tools and distribute them to appropriate locations according to project plans and specifications
Requirements
· Commercial & industrial painting experience
· 1-3 years of experience in Electrician role
· Must be comfortable with heights (ladders & lifts)
· Must be physically capable of performing tasks (lifting, bending, etc.)
· Other duties that may be deemed necessary for maintenance work trouble shooting and repairs.
· Required tickets: H2S Alive, CSTS, 1st Aid, Fall Arrest AWP
