Job Description
• Assist the manager with scheduling and managing their calendar and monitoring and organizing email communications to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Structural Installation team, facilitating smooth operations and communications.
• Develop meeting agendas, accurately document minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items identified during discussions.
• Oversee and manage purchase orders, review timesheets, track and transfer materials, and coordinate field supply logistics.
• Prepare and organize precast drawings for the foremen, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist with developing and distributing the weekly schedule.
• Draft correspondence and maintain open lines of communication to uphold our commitment to excellence. 2
• Coordinate schedules and tasks for precast grouters and patchers to optimize field operations.
• Perform general administrative duties, including photocopying, filing, and maintaining office supplies as needed. Requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Class 5 driver’s license
• Available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with flexibility for occasional overtime
• Attendance at a monthly 6:00 am safety meeting (typically the first Monday of the month) Assets
• Administrative experience in the construction industry
• Familiarity with construction terminology and technical drawings

Job Description

• Follow up thoroughly with staff, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress and resolve issues.

• Assist with creating reports, correspondence, presentations, and other documentation.
• Produce high-quality, detail-oriented work in alignment with established standards and procedures.
• Prioritize and sort incoming documents, emails, calls, and submissions, ensuring appropriate distribution.

Requirements
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable transportation

• In-depth understanding of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)

Job Description
• Create and maintain project schedules and make appropriate adjustments to ensure the project is completed on time.
• Oversee all aspects of the project and ensure work is completed as per specs.
• Manage multiple projects at a time while being readily available to assist and guide all onsite personnel with tasks and problems.
• Responsible for scheduling sub-trades and deliveries from suppliers.
• Communicate with sub-trades to ensure that all personnel are working safely and efficiently.
• Be in constant communication with project managers and give on-the-spot updates when required.
• Make sure the quality of all work is above industry standards.
• Keep on top of documentation and submit it in a timely manner.
• Read, understand, and explain blueprints and inform trades when changes occur. • Be available to solve issues, travel to site, and give updates after traditional work hours.
• Foresee issues before they occur and prepare a solution in a timely manner.

• Hands-on experience with an understanding of the different scopes and processes of construction
• Familiar with Procore construction management software

Requirements
• Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor in the Construction Industry
• Understanding of the construction process from layout to finish
• Valid Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE) certificate, Standard First Aid, Fall Protection, and Aerial Work Platform
• Proficient with computers and the ability to learn new software
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of success
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional time management skills with a strong sense of urgency
• Proven safety record with the ability to maintain safety standards
• Valid Class 5 license, acceptable driver’s abstract, with reliable transportation
• Available to work away from home Monday to Friday, occasional Saturday
• Minimum of 44-50 hours per week, must be flexible and willing to work overtime
